This is the Esplanade Riel footbridge, located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. It crosses the Red River from Peace Park to Saint Boniface. There is a restaurant space in the middle. The bridge connects the Canadian Museum for Human Rights and other tourist attractions to the French neighborhood featuring a museum of Métis culture in the original Grey Nuns convent.
